1. How long will it take for the merchant to ship the ordered goods?
Sellers/manufacturers in China generally ship within 3-7 days (except for some customized and pre-sale items).
2. How long will it take for the shipped goods to arrive?
The delivery time for Southeast Asian users is about 15~20 days (land transportation)
South American countries are about 45~55 days (sea transportation)
3. Purchasing on behalf of others disclaimer
e-purchase is committed to eliminating all your worries about international online shopping. In order to ensure that the goods you purchased can be received smoothly, we will have corresponding handling standards for the goods that have arrived. Since Taobao, PDD and other websites may have illegal commercial practices, please shop with caution; the following special circumstances are deemed to be your consent and follow-up operations. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service staff to verify when submitting the order.
1) Sensitive goods:
Containing sensitive items such as essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries, glue, etc. In order to ensure your normal delivery, we will take them out for you.
2) Customs policy:
Products containing brands, large amounts of liquids/powders, live electrical goods, food/drugs, etc. may be subject to certain shipping risks due to customs policies. This site is not responsible for customs clearance and bears relevant legal responsibilities for the consequences caused by the above risks.
3) Unable to professionally inspect goods:
If you purchase electrical appliances, brands, tickets, cards, models and other products, we will not be able to conduct professional (quality, authenticity, integrity, etc.) inspections for the goods you ordered; when inspectors inspect and accept, they can only check whether the appearance of the goods is intact and whether the accessories are complete, but cannot turn on the machine to check whether the goods have quality problems.
4) Fragile products:

5) Customized products:
If the order you submit is a customized product, we will assist you in discussing a detailed customization plan with the Chinese manufacturer. Since e-purchase cannot provide you with a professional inspection, it is recommended that you ensure that the customization plan is clearly described and retain the internal communication process and plan. You will be responsible for any losses incurred.
6) Deposit order:
Due to the regulations of Taobao sellers, deposit orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. At the same time, you need to follow up on the information released by the seller to make up the balance before delivery. If the balance is not paid within the deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
7) Low seller reputation:
It is recommended that you choose a store with more than three hearts and Taobao/1688 deposit to purchase goods. Stores with low merchant reputation and no insurance premium may have disputes such as sellers not shipping, false shipping, after-sales, and rights protection. You will bear the losses caused by this.
8) "CD" and "hand-made" products:
Since "CD" and "hand-made" products have high collection value, in order not to affect the user's collection, the inspection standard for such products is not to remove the plastic bag for inspection. Only the appearance can be inspected for damage, and the details of the internal parts cannot be verified specifically. The risks caused by this need to be borne by you.

4. Parcel forwarding inspection rules
Signing inspection rules:
1) When signing for the package, if the outer packaging is found to be severely damaged or other goods that do not meet the receipt requirements, the warehouse staff will directly refuse to accept or return the goods.
2) If your package meets the signing requirements, the warehouse will open all packages for prohibited items after receiving the goods, and then weigh them for storage.
3) If it is found that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will make a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return.
4) If you have not found the warehouse's receipt information within a reasonable domestic delivery time (generally the domestic delivery cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your sender/domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.
Inspection and warehousing instructions
We will check and inspect the quantity, color, size and other specifications of the goods. After the inspection is completed, the original express box will be removed, and the e-purchase self-sealing bag will be used to pack the goods and arrange for storage. (For fragile and easily damaged goods, express boxes are used as product packaging boxes, and there are also oversized goods, etc., the original boxes are retained. The specific situation is subject to actual operation)
Notes:
1) Color difference, size error, use effect, etc. are not within the scope of inspection;
2) The quality, model, spare parts, etc. of highly professional goods such as electrical appliances, digital products, and peripheral products are not within the scope of inspection;
3) "CD" and "hand-made" and "adult products" products, such sealed packaging and products with sealing labels or sealing strips are inspected without unpacking.
